Description of the service - FAST TRACK
FAST TRACK service is available for MY TRANSFER TURIZM clients. The service is suitable for people who value their time and will help to settle all the formalities associated with crossing the border, quickly and comfortably.
FAST TRACK for arrival:
- Meeting tourists with an airport employee at the entrance to the airport building.
- Passing passport control without a queue.
- Accompanying tourists after receiving their luggage to their transport.
FAST TRACK for departure:
- Meeting tourists at the entrance to the terminal and escorting them at all stages of passing control at the airport.
- Separate entrance to the airport building.
- Passage of the primary inspection without a queue.
- Check-in for a flight and baggage check-in without a queue.
- Passage of secondary inspection without a queue.
- Passing passport and customs control without a queue.
CIP LOUNGE for departure:
- The maximum use of the lounge is 2 hours.
- Weekly and monthly magazines in different languages.
- Free WiFi.
- The television.
- Children's room for games.
- Tea, coffee, soft drinks unlimited.
- Fresh pastries and salads.
- Low alcohol drink of your choice (wine/beer).
Important Notes:
- For children up to 1.99 years of age, the FAST TRACK service is provided free of charge.
- The cost of the service for children from 2.00 years is equivalent to the cost for adults.
- The service must be ordered at least one day before 16:30.
- If the order is placed on the day of the service, there is no 100% guarantee in its confirmation.
- If confirmation is received, the cost will be 40% more than the originally set price.
- In case of transfer or delay of the flight after the provision of the FAST TRACK service and when taking tourists out of the airport building to wait for departure at the hotel, the FAST TRACK service is not provided again.
